TERMS: All terms are for one week and are for the bungalows described. Extra persons can be accommodated at the rates shown on the price list. BOOKING CONFIRMATION: The submission of the completed booking form by the Hirer shall constitute an offer, and a contract shall come into existence if and when Duncan Foley Holidays accepts the booking in writing. BOOKING DEPOSIT: When you book, the initial deposit as shown on the price list must be sent for each week booked together with the subscription to our HOLIDAY PROTECTION PLAN. These payments will be refunded if your holiday reservation is not confirmed, but on the written confirmation these payments will be retained. BALANCE OUTSTANDING: You are responsible for the whole of the hire terms, and this must be paid 28 days before the start of your holiday, or prior to that date in easy payments to suit you. Electricity payment must be paid on arrival. CANCELLATION: For your cancellation policy to be effective, notification must be received in writing to Duncan Foley Holidays no later than 7 days prior to the commencement of your stay. After this time, Duncan Foley Holidays are not liable for any refunds. However, we will endeavour to re-let, but unless a re-let is obtained, you will still remain responsible for the balance due. Your subscription to our HOLIDAY PROTECTION PLAN relieves you of part or all of this responsibility if you cancel within its conditions. IN ALL CASES THE DEPOSIT IS FORFEITED. NUMBER OF PERSONS: The persons entitled to occupy the property is as shown on your booking form and acceptance. Duncan Foley Holidays reserve the right to terminate the hire without notice and without refund for breach of this condition. UNSUITABLE HIRERS: Duncan Foley Holidays, or their Agents, reserve the right to decline a booking or hand over the bungalow to any person who in their opinion is not suitable to occupy the property. In this case the balance of the hire will not be due and will be refunded if already paid, and the contracts will be discharged without further liability on any party. HIRER’S RESPONSIBILITY: The Hirer is responsible for the bungalow and its equipment during the period of hire and is expected to take all reasonable care of it. The Hirer undertakes to report and pay for any damage caused to the bungalow or its equipment, lost damaged, broken or stolen during his occupancy. Unsuitable substitutes are not accepted. All equipment, utensils, etc. must be left in a clean condition at the end of the period. If you are not satisfied with your accommodation please advise us immediately. We can be contacted at Reception between 9:00 am and 3:00 pm. Any complaints or claims reported at the end of your holiday will not be considered. DUNCAN FOLEY HOLIDAYS reserve the right to amend or alter or to make any modifications to to the equipment or the bungalows in the interest of the Hirer and for improvement without prior notice. Whilst we make every effort to maintain all the standards outlined in our literature we accept no responsibility or liability for fluctuations due to the actions of third parties or the elements. HIRER’S PROPERTY: Duncan Foley Holidays, or their Agents, do not accept any liability for loss or damage to personal effects, baggage, motor car, motor car accessories, or any item belonging to the Hirer or any member of his party. Please note: We also let out chalets belonging to other people so standards may vary. |
